Established in 2016, Spectrum Employment Solutions provides recruitment and HR support services to people and organisations throughout Northern Ireland. From our office in Cookstown, Co Tyrone, we provide a responsive and focused recruitment service to candidates and employers, taking into account the wants and needs of both parties and assuring discretion at all times.

Our recruitment process can be a simple search and short-list exercise or can include an online applicant assessment that helps define and measure personality preferences, natural aptitudes, abilities and motivational interests.
