How we use your personal data
As a candidate, sharing your personal data with us is essential if we are to try and help you find a suitable job opportunity. We collect personal data from you when you apply for a particular job or register your details with us and submit your CV. When you submit a CV, you are therefore giving us consent to use your personal data.
We take care to protect your data and keep you in control of the information you share with us. We’re committed to respecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal data.
We will only share your data with potential employers for the purposes of finding you a suitable job opportunity. We ask all potential employers to use your data only for the purpose intended and not to share your personal data with anyone else.
We collect, use and store company information solely for the purpose of providing/seeking to provide a recruitment service. We do not share this information with any third parties other than those selected to help us provide this service.
We will only share candidate personal data with you once we have consent from the candidate and after we both (Client and Spectrum) have signed a data sharing agreement along with our Terms of Business.
Processing and storing personal data
We process and store your data on a dedicated recruitment database system called Chameleoni and in electronic folders using Microsoft Office. These third-party providers use a Cloud based platform to process and store personal data. When we ask other companies to process data on our behalf, we’ll always make sure they follow similarly high standards to those followed by Spectrum Employment Solutions.
We do not store any printed (hard) copies of your personal data.
Putting you in control of your personal data
You are always in control of your personal data. You can update your personal data at anytime by contacting us by phone, email or in person. You can also request to view your personal data held by us or that your personal data is completely removed from our systems.
We store your personal data for as long as is necessary to find you a suitable job opportunity or until you inform us that you no longer want your data stored by us.
